针对家用婴儿床以及折叠婴儿床，根据澳大利亚法律要求，平台将加强资质管控：

（1）家用婴儿床需符合AS/NZS 2172:1995及AS/NZS 2172:2003标准，通常包括如下商品：

• 长方形婴儿床（通常）是婴儿或宝宝的永久性睡眠围栏，两侧和两端用板条或填充条制成。通常有一边可以放下，方便孩子进出；
• 圆形婴儿床，床壁没有板条；
• 可转换成幼儿床的婴儿床。当这类床作为婴儿床使用时，必须符合强制性标准。

（2）折叠婴儿床需符合AS/NZS 2195:1999标准，该类商品通常具有如下特征：

• 便携；
• 用于睡眠，且不使用时可以折叠；

Due to providing consumers with safe and the relevant laws and regulations of Australia, the platform would strengthen its certification control over relevant products. Sellers are required to provide or supplement your qualification information for your products as soon as possible:

【Product Scope】
Certain products in infant sleep products have design features that may lead to suffocation or positional asphyxiation, for example: soft and padded surfaces, product inclination, backrest curves, etc. in product design will increase the risk of sudden infant death. The platform reminds consumers to pay attention to the corresponding risks. Related products including but are not limited to the following types: cots, folding cots, household cot, baby hammock, cradles, bassinets, Baby lounger, Baby swing, blankets, soft toys.. For household cribs and folding cribs, in accordance with Australian law requirement, the platform will strengthen the qualification control on products including but are not limited to the following types:

【Qualification requirements】
(1) Household cots are required to comply with AS/NZS 2172:1995 and AS/NZS 2172:2003, they can include the following types：

• rectangular cots (typically) that are a permanent sleeping enclosure for an infant or baby with raised sides and ends made of slats or filler bars. Often one side drops down to give easy access to a child;
• circular cots that are made with walls that have no slats;
• cots that convert to a toddler bed. When this type of cot is constructed to work as a cot, it must comply with the mandatory standard.

(2) Folding
cots are required to comply with AS/NZS 2195:1999,they can include the following types：

• portable
• used for sleeping and are folded when not in use
• items referred to as playpens that also have a floor.

AliExpress will block the related products from the Australia marketfrom October 30, 2023 if the seller fails to submit or pass relevant qualifications etc. Merchants are requested to complete product qualification compliance and release category specification requirements as soon as possible to ensure smooth trade in the Australia.
AliExpress members shall list and sell products in accordance with applicable rules and abide by applicable laws and regulations of any country of origin and any country of destination. If any member is found to be listing products or releasing information in violation of the rules, AliExpress will delist or delete the related products or information and punish the violator in accordance with relevant rules. For a member that knowingly circumvents the rules, provides information about prohibited products in any interaction scenarios (e.g., chats, live-streaming), violates the rules repeatedly, is criticized in any form of media circulated by a regulator,
receives negative publicity published by media, or commits any other serious violation, AliExpress will impose penalties, including but not limited to deleting product information, deducting points, blocking stores, restricting access to the website's product features, and freezing or even closing the account, in accordance with the platform's relevant rules.
